About
Preschool Gymnastics class teaches preschool students confidence, patience, control, and coordination by using age appropriate gymnastics equipment.
Gymnastics skills are introduced through circuits and drills as a way to help build fine motor skills, and start them off as little gymnasts!
Athletes will be working on:
Building strength & flexibility
Gymnastics body positions with corresponding shapes & colors
Tumbl Trak - Jumps, Body Control, Proper landing positions, Beginner tumbling
Vault - Running and jumping on the springboard, body positions
Floor - Intro to forward rolls, backward rolls, handstand starters, and cartwheel starters
Bars - Grip strength, Chin holds, L-holds, Front Supports & more!
Beam - Balance, Walks, Jumps, Into to Skills
Ropes & Rings - Swings, Holds
*All classes will be trained based on appropriate skill level

Make Up Policy
Email registration@flipoutproductions.com to schedule your make up class
We allow 3 make up classes per session. Make up classes MUST be completed before the last day of the session - they do not carry over to the next session.
Make up classes are non-transferable, and non-refundable
Refund Policy
There are no refunds or credits for cancellations or missed classes.
Email to schedule a make up class or reschedule your session to a different day and time. Rescheduling is based upon class availability and not guaranteed.
Dresscode:
Leotard or form fitting shorts/pants and a tucked in top
Long hair must be pulled back before class
Water bottle labelled with athlete’s name
Shoes and socks must be removed before class begins
Please no jewelry, skirts, dresses, or tights
Covid-19 Shutdown Updates
In an event of a shutdown - classes will go virtual on Zoom
Missed classes due to a COVID-19 shutdown are non-transferable, and non-refundable
No credits will be given due to a COVID-19 shutdown
