About

Miniscule life forms are all around us!

Some of them are the "good guys" that help keep us healthy, like the probiotics in yogurt, while others—like the coronavirus—can make us sick. But what exactly are these tiny organisms, and how do they spread?

In this hands-on camp, students will dive deep into the world of microorganisms, using microscopes and engaging activities to explore the fascinating roles these tiny life forms play in our lives. Through fun experiments and interactive lessons, campers will learn about both helpful and harmful microorganisms, and how they affect our health and the world around us.

Join us for a week of discovery and science, as we uncover the hidden world of the microorganisms that shape our everyday lives!

Sibling Discounts: To receive 5% sibling discount when you concurrently enroll two or more siblings in a separate "age-specific" camp, enter in code: 2025-camp-siblings during check-out.

Requirements: Camper must be at least 5.5yrs old.

We know each child develops at his/her individual pace. If you have questions feel free to email us at info@stemful-sf.com to discuss if this is the right "age range" camp for your child.

Curriculum and Videos: As part of our curriculum, we use short video clips to show kids an experiment or demonstration, or reiterate a concept. Video clips range from 3-6 min long with a max of 2 videos on any given day.

Please pack snack, lunch and drink. We encourage using REUSABLE containers to help US be more eco-friendly by reducing waste that we put in our landfill.
