Class Pass Membership is an annual membership that offers unlimited classes, 10% off all items sold in Murphy Mart, and one guest pass per month per pass (must be approved by management in advance)

Please note that the initial three months of the membership are non-refundable. Subsequent monthly charges will be applied to your credit card, commencing from the date of your registration.

New members are subject to a one-time enrollment fee, in addition to the regular monthly membership charge. The first membership fee may be adjusted proportionally based on the date of your initial purchase.

The Zone Membership is an annual membership and pricing varies based on what you purchase. 

By joining The Zone Membership, you authorize Hi-Five Sports Zone to charge your credit card for the amount indicated when you join, including any applicable state, county, or local tax and service charges. By accepting these terms, you agree that the first 3 months of membership are non-refundable, after that time frame your membership becomes month to month and can be canceled at any time. Your membership will be renewed on a monthly basis until we recieve notice to cancel. If you do not want this agreement to renew, you must contact Hi-Five Sports Zone Alpharetta at least 30-days in advance at alpharetta@hifivesports.com, to disable automatic renewal. All membership dues are invoiced on the first day of each month. Online memberships must be activated through the website. The membership will automatically renew each month, with the card on record being charged accordingly. By acknowledging these terms, you consent to Hi-Five Sports Zone's ongoing monthly charges to your credit card, which will persist until you either cancel your membership or notify us via email to initiate a cancellation. Cancellations made on or before the 20th of the month will cease future month's membership charges. Please be aware that there are no makeup sessions for unused class registrations.

Cancellation
We may terminate membership for cause at any time. If you conduct yourself in an unbecoming manner on the premises or violate any rules or regulations of Hi-Five Sports Zone your membership may be classified as high risk, resulting in your membership being suspended, or canceled for cause.

It is understood and agreed that if we revoke your membership privileges with cause, or if you resign, no refund will be made. Termination of membership shall be a full and complete release of Hi-Five Sports Zone from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions or cause of actions arising out of, or related to, your payment of monthly dues or membership status.
