Join us for our Advanced Baking Class for ages 10 & up. Junior Chefs will learn the technique to make the French pastry and the proper folding technique for the most amazing light n fluffy strawberry mousse.
Menu: We will be creating Pate Choux cream puffs with homemade strawberry mousse.

We are located in the Irvine Village Shopping Center on the corner of Jeffrey Rd and Irvine Center Dr. You should take the Jeffrey exit from either the 5 or 405 Frwys. Once you arrive at the center, locate Dunkin Donuts and drive past that unit to access the rear parking lot. We are in the BACK, in #132.
