Your child will never forget the magic of a Playformance birthday party! Skilled coaches will make sure your entire family leaves with great memories and smiles on your faces! What your party includes:
$450 base price for private facility use including 2-3 skilled staff members.
20 participants ages 5 through 15 included.

Anyone entering the playground is considered a participant, including adults.
**Important Change from previous years: Parents and Families are no longer allowed into the playground during the party. Adult spaces are outside on our porch. Parents of the birthday child are, of course, allowed in for photos***

90 minutes of customized play and 30 additional minutes on our beautiful porch for cake and celebration!

Families welcome to bring outside food and drink and decorations!
You are welcome to come no more than 30 minutes before your party start time for set up. Our experienced staff will help you bring things in from the car, set up decorations and food, and welcome and sign in your guests. Our staff will also help with food, cake and cleanup. Your party ends two hours after the start time, that includes cleanup and saying goodbyes!

Available Extras:
NERF ADD ON: For ages 8 and up. Full nerf mania! We supply nerf guns and bullets. Coaches create fun environments for nerf battles and games. ($200 additional. Includes additional space and coaches)

Multi-Age Party: For adults and children of all ages to enjoy the play space together. Coaches create an open, free play set up that is successful in meeting the needs of children ages 3 and up and their families. Great for family get togethers, birthdays, or holidays. ($200 additional. Includes multiage set-up and 5 additional guests)

Playformance Party Timeline:
Coaches welcome kids onto the playground and focus is placed on celebrating the birthday child as we wait for all the guests to arrive.
90 minutes of play time: Opening Ceremonies followed by structured games and free play. Coaches wrap up with special Closing Ceremony where birthday child is recognized and celebrated. Photo opportunity for family!
Playground is then closed. Children put on their shoes and move to the porch (weather permitting) for 30 minutes of additional celebration. Staff helps with any food service and clean up.
* Families must wrap up their party by 2 hours after start time.*
Staff will help carry everything out to your car.

Party refund policy: Full refund (minus $100 booking fee) available up to 1 week before party date. After one week before party, full amount will be charged.

Party FAQ:
Can I bring outside food and drink? YES! We will even help you carry it in! We encourage simple healthy food but trust in parent's judgement. We have a full sized fridge and freezer available for cake, ice cream, and or drinks.

Can I decorate? YES! Families can come UP TO 15 minutes early to set up food and decorations. Please remove decorations after party. Don't worry we'll help!

Is my party Private? YES! ALWAYS! Get comfortable at Playformance and know we are not going to rush you into a closet like room to shove down a cupcake. We will focus totally on your child and family.

Is it a drop off? YES! Parents are encouraged to drop kiddos off and go enjoy their day! Parents are also welcome to hang out with their friends on our beautiful porch.

Includes use of Playformance facility and porch. Specific rooms will be determined by head coaches.
Covered outdoor eating space, tables, chairs, full size refrigerator and freezer, and drinking fountain.
2 hour party time = 90 minutes to play, 30 minutes to eat and celebrate on our charming porch.

At this time parents will be required to hang out on our covered porch outside, our indoor lounge or in our beautiful courtyard that we share with Borderlands Brewing during the playtime.

Masks are currently optional for parties and the Playformance staff will support your preference. All our staff members are vaccinated.
